COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE

Placing Orders

Our first priority is to maintain public health in-line with Government advice, while aiming to continue serving our customers.

You may continue to place orders online, or via telephone, however, please note there may be a delay of up to 10 days in despatching your order.

Despatch

For the duration of this current three week isolation period, our aim is to despatch on a weekly basis, and then only for products that have been held in quarantine for a minimum of 72 hours after picking and packing.

Our next despatch day is planned for Wednesday 15th April for products that have been picked and packed up to Thursday 9th April. We will keep you advised on the progress of your order.

Subject to Government advice we hope to be able to provide a full service from Tuesday 14th April upon return from the Easter holiday.

Deliveries

We are working in association with our delivery partners to ensure that all deliveries are completed, however, there may be occasions where some delays are experienced against our advised delivery date.

Collections

From Monday 23rd March 2020 we are suspending all collection options until further notice.

As at noon on 26th March our operation centre is operational but with reduced staffing, please bear with us while we continue to answer all calls and emails as quickly as we can.
