For delivery on a specific day - please place your order in good time, (minimum of 5 days notice required). Please leave instructions in the comments box on finalising your purchase at the checkout.

Generally you can anticipate delivery within 3-4 working days.

Once your order status has changed to 'dispatched' you can expect to receive your items the next working day between 9am and 5pm.

If you have not received your item (or notification of delivery attempt) 48 hours after your order status changes to 'dispatched', please call our offices on 01 785 661018.

Items out of stock - Occasionally items may be out of stock. Should this be the case with your order, you be notified when products will next become available. Payment will not be taken until products are despatched.

Parcel Deliveries - A range of delivery methods are used for our shells. These include Royal Mail and TNT express. Most deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If you are out when delivery is attempted or the delivery company decides it is not safe to leave without a signature, a card will be left. If the delivery is missed a convenient re-delivery or collection can be arranged by calling the number on the card

Pallet Deliveries - Large, generally trade orders, will require delivery on a pallet, in which case products are securely packed and delivered by a national pallet company. On arrival your pallet will be offloaded using a 'pallet truck' onto a safe level hardstanding as close to your property as possible. Safe level hardstandings include tarmac or concrete.
Delivery will be made by a single person. Operators are fully trained in moving and manovering pallets on their own. If you choose to offer help this should be undertaken at your own risk.
